DIANE THERRIEN

Diane Therrien is member of the Law Society of
Upper Canada (2006) and works as counsel to the Office of the Information Commissioner of
Canada, primarily in litigation and investigative matters involving the Access to Information Act. Prior to this, Diane articled under the Honourable Justice Ian Binnie at the Supreme Court of Canada in 2005-2006. She is a graduate of the
University of
Ottawa’s French-language common law program and also holds a B.A. in history and women’s studies from the
University of
Ottawa. She is currently enrolled in an LL.M. program through
Osgoode
Hall
Law
School (
York
University), specializing in administrative law.
